(auto-revert-use-notify): New defcustom.
(auto-revert-mode, global-auto-revert-mode)
(auto-revert-notify-add-watch, auto-revert-handler)
(auto-revert-buffers): Use `auto-revert-use-notify' instead of
`auto-revert-notify-enabled'.
